Tree란?

노드들이 나뭇가지처럼 연결된 비선형 계층적 자료구조

 

Tree structure terminology (Tree 구조에서의 용어 정리)

Root - The top node in a tree  (Node 1)

Child - A node directly connected to another node when moving away from the Root.

Parent - The converse notion of a child.

Siblings - A group of nodes with the same parent.

Leaf - A node with no children.

Edge - The Connection between one node and another.

 

Root : 1번 

4번 노드의 입장에서 5번,6번은 Siblings (Parent Node 가 같기 때문)

Leaf : 4~7번 노드
